1. Device Does Not Turn On

• Ensure the battery is fully charged using the included USB-C cable. Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds to activate the device. If the device still does not turn on, try resetting by removing the water bottle, waiting 10 seconds, and reconnecting it.

2. Device Turns On By Itself / Device Stops Working Mid-Use

• Check that the power button is not being accidentally pressed during transport. Make sure the device is fully dry before storage; moisture may trigger the sensor. Store in an upright position to avoid unintended activation.

3. Low or No Mist / Weak Atomization

• Confirm the water or liquid is non-viscous and filled to at least 1/4 capacity. Check that the nozzle is not blocked; gently wipe it with a damp cloth or rinse under running water. Ensure the bottle is screwed on tightly to create a proper seal for pressure. For continuous spraying, ensure the automatic mode is engaged properly by pressing the mode button once.

4. Mist Is Uneven or Drips

• Shake the bottle lightly to mix the liquid before spraying. Confirm the nozzle is clean and free of mineral buildup or debris. Use only water or other non-viscous liquids to maintain fine mist output.

5. General Maintenance Tips

• Rinse the nozzle and bottle after each use to prevent clogging. Do not overfill the bottle beyond the 4 oz capacity. Avoid using thick or viscous liquids, oils, or lotions not recommended by the manufacturer. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Use of alcohol-based liquids may damage sprayer. Always dilute alcohol-based products with at least 50% water.
